The hotel is all-inclusive, food and drinks for children and adults are included in the price.
There are seven à-la-carte restaurants and two international buffet restaurants in the hotel. There are also three bars.
Location
One of the most luxurious hotel in the Riviera Maya, it is located just 10 min (by car) from Playa del Carmen Beach. The hotel is divided in two, Esmeralda Lobby and La Perla Lobby.
The beach and the pool
The beach is hidden in the mangroves zone. The guest feels as being in virgin beaches, but still in I the city of Playa Del Carmen. The sand is soft and white. In this complex there are two big pools; one pool has Concierge service and the other is used for water activities.
