Chichen Itza

We will continue the tour in Chichen ltza, it lasts approximately 1-hour 45min. It is a complex of Mayan ruins in the Yucatan Peninsula which is famous around the world. A huge staggered pyramid known as El Castillo (The Castle in English), from where the 6.5 square km of the ancient city can be seen. The carvings in stone survive as structures like the campo de pelota (ball field), the Templo de los Guerreros (Temple of the Warriors) and the Muro de las Calaveras (The Skulls Wall).

Cenote

The day continues with the visit to the underground cenote where you can swim, which for the Mayas has a mystical and sacred character because they believed it was the door to the life of the deaths.

Valladolid

Our day will end in Valladolid, the colonial city. We will walk around the city, where we will enjoy the main square, The San Gervasio Cathedral and beautiful murals in the Municipal Palace.
